I’m available to be picked up by the Army, says woman declared wanted

Aisha Wakil, a Nigerian lawyer declared wanted by the military on Sunday has said she is available for interrogations.
In an interview with PREMIUM TIMES on Monday, Ms. Wakil said she received news of her being wanted with “rude shock,” because she is “not a stranger to the military” hierarchy in the country.
“They know me very well. Right from [former President Goodluck] Jonathan’s time. I am not hiding,” Ms. Wakil said.

One of the three persons declared wanted by the Nigeria Army, Ahmed Bolori, who had turned himself in on Sunday evening but was asked to go back home without questioning, has returned to the army barracks.
Mr. Bolori has continued to update his trip to the barrack on his Facebook page.
At about 10am, Mr Bolori posted a picture that showed him signing a security post visitor’s book with a comment that reads: “I have signed the visitors register since and I am still waiting to be taken in. Although, the Army guard doesn’t have airtime to contact his heads”.
An hour later, he posted another photo saying, “Finally, I am driving into the Army Operation Headquarters now”.
